Terms
These terms exist to keep the workflow clear, predictable and free from last-minute chaos.
Everything is set out plainly: concert photography, delivery, licensing, deadlines, booking and boundaries.
Booking
A date is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
Without a deposit, the date remains open.
Any changes to the venue, time or event format must be approved in advance.
This keeps the schedule stable and protects the project.
Deposit and Final Payment
— The deposit locks the collaboration.
— The final payment is made on the day of the shoot or after the agreed stages.
— Payment can be made via card, bank transfer or any method approved beforehand.
All financial details are clear and direct.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you cancel the shoot:
— within 48 hours: the deposit is non-refundable;
— 72 hours or more: one reschedule is allowed.
If I cancel due to force majeure, the deposit is refunded or moved to a new date.
This keeps time, order and respect intact.
Access to the Venue
For proper work I require:
— access to the photo pit, hall and agreed shooting points;
— freedom to move within allowed stage zones;
— communication with your light and sound team when needed.
This ensures the images look powerful, clean and intentional.
Delivery Time
Delivery depends on the project volume.
On average:
— preview: within 24–48 hours;
— full edited set: 3 to 10 days.
If you need express delivery, it must be agreed in advance.
All deadlines are transparent.
File Delivery
All photos are delivered via an online archive or secure link.
Files are fully prepared for social media, posters, promo campaigns and print.
Archive storage can be extended if required.
Licensing and Usage
Each project includes a specific license defining:
— where the photos can be published;
— commercial usage rights;
— whether third-party transfer is allowed;
— usage period;
— exclusivity limits.
Base options:
— personal & promo use,
— commercial use,
— exclusive rights.
Images remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Editing and Visual Style
All photos are edited in my signature visual style.
This is a core part of the final result.
No third-party editing or alterations are allowed without approval.
This protects the quality and integrity of the work.
Publications
Artists and organizers may publish photos within their licensed scope.
Credit is appreciated but not mandatory unless specified in the agreement.
Confidentiality
Private or unreleased content — including backstage and pre-release material — is handled under a confidentiality agreement.
If the project requires silence, it stays silent.
